Remote contract Senior Mobile Developer (Android/Kotlin, iOS, Flutter/RN): build AI coding tasks, $50-$100/hr

micro1 (https://www.micro1.ai) is an AI data company. It's contracting senior mobile engineers to build challenging mobile coding tasks that train and test frontier AI models. It's remote contract work, about 15 hours a week.

What you'd do:

- Create realistic, very hard mobile coding tasks from repositories you choose: subtle bugs, non-trivial features, state/lifecycle handling, performance work

- Work in your track: Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose or Views), iOS (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit), or cross-platform (React Native in TS/JS, or Flutter/Dart)

- For each task, define the problem, build a reproducible environment, and write deterministic verifiers that accept any valid solution and reject incomplete or hard-coded ones

- Write a reference solution

Who fits:

- Significant hands-on experience in at least one mobile track above

- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, async programming, and app lifecycle
