As a Lead Test Engineer in our team, you will: 

  • Establish a testing strategy and process for field testing and test automation. 
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities for the release cycles. 
  • Developing, implementing, and executing manual and automated test cases to ensure that the product meets required quality, function, and performance specifications before release. 
  • Lead projects and quality initiatives across teams 
  • Relevant experience in testing and validation of software products 
  • Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality. 
  • Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate efficiently across teams to influence design for testability. 
  • Execute automated tests, report results, and be a vocal advocate for quality. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.








Who are you?






  • Relevant experience in testing and validation of software products
  • Experience in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, or  shell)
  • Experience in at least one programming language (Java, or Kotlin)
  • Expertise in defining test plans and designing test cases to assess product quality
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently across functional borders
  • Previous experience with Android Automotive systems is a plus.
  • Good understanding of JIRA, Zephyr and Gitlab.
  • High degree of comfort in using a wide variety of (mainly open source) technologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
