Dart Team Lead (Remote, Contract, AI training) — SME Careers via AI Gig Scout

SME Careers, an AI data services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is building a pool of Dart Quality Assurance Leads for hourly, remote contract work on Dart and Flutter AI training projects: $65/hr, United States only.

You will spot-check Dart items and review AI-generated Dart code, Flutter snippets, debugging responses, tests and explanations; check for correctness, type safety, async behavior, null safety, Flutter awareness, performance and test coverage; flag insecure, non-executable or non-production-ready Dart/Flutter recommendations; give trainers written feedback; run onboarding calls; and write style guides, FAQs and onboarding material.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Software Engineering/IT or equivalent experience; 3+ years in Dart, Flutter, mobile or frontend development, code review, QA or technical mentoring; strong Dart (null safety, mixins, generics, futures, streams, isolates, packages, error handling). Preferred: Flutter widgets, state management, pub.dev packages, unit/widget/integration testing, mobile app architecture, GitHub and CI/CD; experience leading remote teams of trainers or reviewers. Selection: an AI interview, a domain task and a recruiter interview.
