Android Developer

Profile requirements:

We need you to be able to:

• Work in accordance with the principles of Scrum (sprint-based SW development cycles)
• Analyze and document SW requirements
• Participate in setting up the high-level SW architecture
• Deliver high-quality SW
• Work in distributed and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the development of best practices
• Participate in technical dialogues with stakeholders
• Be independent, proactive and flexible
• Communicate well in English and preferably Swedish

Required competencies we usually look for in an Android Developer:

• Experience with writing unit tests
• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline and source control systems, such as Git
• Experience with Jetpack Libraries, C++, Java and Kotlin
• Experience with Android Studio
• Experience with dependency management
• Experience with uploading builds to the Google Play platform
• An understanding of agile SW development for mobile and other handheld devices
• An understanding of LTE and 5G standards
• Experience with Jenkins, C#/.NET and Linux is great!

Personal characteristics will be of great importance since the Android Developer will be part of a team that cooperates closely with different external stakeholders and customers.
