- Serving as the professional and disciplinary leader of a development team of 5 employees.
- Advancing your team members through cooperative leadership.
- Shaping technical guidelines into sustainable conventions and architectures within the leadership team.
- Developing and designing processes and their automation.
- Developing new features and improving existing ones with high quality and execution speed.
- Optimizing, scaling, and further developing the overall architecture of your area.
- Taking full responsibility for the native app components in your area (Android and iOS).
Requirements
At least 5-6 years of professional experience as a Software Architect/Senior Developer
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience as a Team Lead or Lead Developer
Strong expertise in Android or iOS development, or both
A hands-on mentality, a passion for development, and a high level of commitment
A strong sense of quality, the ability to work independently, and solve problems
Fluent German and English
