About MVP:
MVP Robotics is an engineering startup based in Bradford, VT that develops novel robotics solutions to improve human health and safety in challenging environments.  Since it was formed in 2016, MVP’s mobile tackling dummies have helped hundreds of football teams train more safely and effectively.  MVP Tactical robots enable unprecedented training realism for front-line personnel.

Job Description:
As a Software Engineer at MVP Robotics, you will be part of a small, nimble team developing novel robotic products from the ground-up.  You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on solving real-world problems.  Your responsibilities will include:
·      Lead MVP application development for Android platforms
·      Support development efforts related to autonomy, motion control & wireless communications
·      Design and implement communications protocols between subsystems
·      UI design & build for mobile and desktop applications
·      Contribute to high-level planning and product definition

Required Skills & Experience
·      App Development for Android and Windows
·      Proficient in a Range of Programming Languages: Java, Kotlin, C, C++, Python
·      UI/UX design
·      Wireless & wired communications protocols
·      Good understanding of hardware fundamentals
·      Control Systems
